The Women of YouTube came as a result of a popular conference that didn’t have any female YouTube educators talking about YouTube at their event. Knowing the importance of representation, Desiree put together a livestream to share a female YouTuber’s perspective on how and why others should be using YouTube as a part of their business.
After thousands of views and many requests for more, the Women of YouTube Podcast manifested to tell the amazing stories and journeys of female YouTubers of all shapes, sizes, backgrounds, and more to inspire other women to start creating on YouTube.
